Left 4 Dead 3... Confirmed?
Quote:
In an intriguing turn of events, a leak of Left 4 Dead 3's existence seems to have sprung directly from the source: Valve's Bellevue-based offices.
A keen-eyed Dota 2 player, touring the offices as part of The International 3 tournament, took a snap of an internal changelog that apparently lists both Left 4 Dead 3 and Source 2 as current projects. The below photo compliments a similar 'leak' via internal Valve documentation in June, although we have not verified the validity of either.

While co-founder Gabe Newell has been open (but unspecific) about Valve's work on a next-gen game engine, development on Left 4 Dead 3 has yet to be confirmed.
For those holding a magnifying glass up to the screen, we'll save you the effort: there's no mention of Half-Life 3.

YAAAS.
I was just playing L4D earlier today (And the entire last 3 weeks...). They better bring Queen Zoey back as a playable character.
I'm already hoping it'll be Zoey, Ellis, and two new characters (Including a new female, since I'm not here for this 3:1 men-to-women ratio).

I LOVE zombie games so I'm here for this, even if it does mean buying an Xbone.

Will the infection have spread to the west?
Will another original character have canonically died?
More special infected?

UGH, can you imagine how flawless the graphics are gonna be? L4D is a PC game all the way, I'm beyond excited for the epic zombie-slaying to make a huge comeback.

Don't do that tbh
Get the second one and then get the DLC for the maps of the first game. It's cheaper that way.

The graphics in L4D2 sucked more than in L4D, though; they were more specific for injuries to the infected, but it ended up cartoonish and lighter than L4D which was just really, really dark. I pray they actually go forward this time.
And lemme just prepare for them to use Camilla Belle or Eva Longoria as face models.

Yeah, I have to agree. But if I've gathered the info correctly, L4D3 would be like the first game to use Source 2, and considering the current one was made in 2004... the potential would be pretty significantly. I really hope they go back to the dark scenery honestly, it gave the game a bit of suspense instead of a big bloodbath, which was still incredibly fun.

Right, Left 4 Dead was just dark, suspenseful and scary (Especially if a hunter just jumped out of ****ing nowhere in the shadows at you ). L4D2 had that whole daytime mess and it just became more about LET'S SPLATTER YOUR SCREEN WITH BLOOD AND ADD MORE ZOMBIES AND MORE MORE MORE BLOOD. I know many video games are like that, but L4D was just... perfect, in that sense.
