Superstar couple Beyoncé and Jay-Z have shown that they may just be the best bosses in Hollywoodas they rewarded their staff with £30,000 bonus each, according to reports.
The successful duo rewarded their full-time staff of 80 with a very generous bonus that saw the singer fork out a massive alleged £2.4 million.
Owning three US homes, everyone that worked within them was rewarded and even staff at the 40/40 Club got in on the action with no-one being left out, claims suggest.
A source told the Daily Star: “He’s spreading the wealth around and everyone is blown away”.
Staff were left amazed (and pleased we bet!) at the generosity of their boss with the source adding: “Nobody got left out. A lot of them couldn’t believe it and phoned his personal assistant to check that there hadn’t been some mistake”.
Mr Z has just released his new album Holy Grail to rave reviews and Beyoncé is on the road with The Mrs Carter Show world tour, so we’re sure the pennies are still coming in!
Wow! This probably didn't mean much to the top tier wage earners, but, the entry level folks probably felt like they won the lottery. I would lose my ish if my job gave me a bonus that was more than what I make in a year.
Definitely a great way to keep staff motivated. Lemme go send resumes to Parkwood and Roc Nation...the bonus this year at my job was a 100.00 Target gift card. They need to do better.
