iTunes Festival and Billboard Magazine are confirmed as well and I wouldn't be surprised if she'd attend the EMAs or has a live feed with it (she could win a couple for Applause if she's lucky,which would be great promo for the day after, when the album is released, might even premiere the second single there, it's still unclear where the artRave will be)
