Bey on there twice and top 50 solo. Interesting that she's new to list solo in 2013; seems like she would have been on the list in '08 considering the bulk of her radio dominance to this point has been between '03-'08. Looking at the numbers from that perspective, what she did between 08-13 is the difference between her not being on the list and jumping to #46. I wonder what the rankings formula was here.
