Tegan & Sara were sounding pretty disastrous tho. They don't hold a candle to the gay Adele, the good sis Mary Lambert.

There seemed to be some sound issues but their vocals were fine. Of course they didn't sound like Mary because they're Tegan and Sara and have different voices. They were not trying to imitate her but do their own version of a song that means a lot to them.

What do you want me to do? Glaze over the main part of the performance and the facts that both of their vocals were terribly off, and that they were just standing there awkwardly separated from Macklemore, and seemed like they had no idea what they were doing on the stage?
Trust me - I've seen T&S live and they were great. This was just an off performance.

I just thought it was uncalled for the first comment (or any comment in here for that matter) to be a negative one. If you don't like it, don't say something. I didn't post this for their vocals to be judged, I wanted to share this great moment where they performed this song with Macklemore.
Yeah they stood there like they were lost and Sara's dance moves are super awkward but so what? It was still a cool thing to do.
