Beyonce does not need to brought up in this discussion just leave her out of it. I clearly said in my post if you read it that she doesn't promote as extensively as other artists, but she does a good amount of promo to showcase a new single/album. I admit to being wrong about the VMA performance tho, that's my bad. But How about we learn to read and understand an article, instead of foaming at the mouth to bring another artist into this because they are in an avatar:
