I remember when we wrote off poor Tapout.
The thing with those "group" Rap songs is they need to have airplay to succeed. Some songs don't need radio in order to succeed, but they really do.
It's interesting that No New Friends & Tapout both performed the same exact way.
Furthermore, IWBWY is increasing intensely on Hot 97. It's about to be her most played song on that station
Although Hot 97 stans down for Khaled, so it's a given.

IWBWY and Love More will smash. Love More is already getting played on pop and will be her first feature to crossover this year.
I'm Out did better than Freaks chart wise. Get Like Me is gaining as well. Her only flop this year is Twerk It.

Fff now Maxx
It'll be Gold in 6 weeks. Its at 384K as of this week, so I'll say EARLY September, not mid
----
Y'all know UOENO peaked at #19 last week (or the week before) and has only sold 329K?
It's because of all the remixes by rappers on YT. The new rules stipulate that any video that has +30 seconds of official audio will count for the charts.
----
Body Party has only sold 362K
It still went Top 25. Queen.

If Nicki doesn't get at least 3 Top 10 singles for the next album, then something is terribly wrong. But I have faith she will.

Like overall in 2014 or from her album? Because that didn't even happen with PF or PFRR.

From her album. With the YT views included now she can do it. If it did apply back then, M4L/Fly/Your Love could've all made it.
And it was possible for BITT, Stupid Hoe, and PTA if last year wasn't so hectic.

See, I would agree with the first part about those PF songs making it.
But nobody told her ass to be global. Ciara had such an advantage of being so local that almost all of her views came from the US.
I agree about the latter, somewhat as well. I wouldn't say SH, because it didn't have the sells, and it would've risen to the Top 20 just on views, but not the Top 10 because of the lack of sales. I would also say BITT would've went Top 25 because of the lack of sales needed to get into the Top 10.
Definitely PTA. I remember it peaking at #11 on iTunes.
Basically, with the new rules (and her actually promoting her **** like during the PF era), she has potential for multiple Top 20s, as well as a Top 10 for the lead.

So do you think now in her career anything below Top 40 is a flop? Don't count the 7th or 8th single she tends to release every album.

Not at all. I mean Rihanna & Bey for example both have had their fourth singles go below the Top 40.
Hell, look at every single from the 4 era. They all underperformed.
That logic never made sense to me (which is why I'm baffled at people who try to use it).
I could name artists as examples of what I'm about to say, but we'll use Tanya. You don't have to agree. Nobody has to agree, but I'll be bold & say it.
A track like DIOE that only went Gold & peaked at #49 has more of a lasting impact (and has more recurrent airplay) than both RTM & Fly that went Platinum.
I would say DIOE is one of her signature songs. Hot 97 & Power 105 still play that the most out of anything from PF (sans M4L).
It's all about the song itself. The impact from it. 99 Problems is absolutely iconic but that wasn't a Top 10 hit. I'm not comparing Nicki to Jay, at all.
But on that, like stated above, nobody would've thought DIOE has one of the highest recurrent play (which means still played on radio, for anyone who doesn't know) and only went Gold. But that's incredibly besides the point.

I agree. My only expectations really is that every single gets certified Platinum with only one being Gold. Positions never bothered me. Except that one time GOF peaked at #11.
We were discussing it earlier, but do you think the new Era will push the older single's digital sales.

It can easily happen if she knows how to promote smartly. BITT is at 800K as either late-2012 or January 2013. It could've easily went Platinum if she didn't focus all her time on her Pop songs. Besides that, she could've very well promoted even more than the PF era (like that's even possible) if she didn't go on tour a month and a half after the album dropped, but she always wanted to do that. She always spoke on touring the world and meeting her fans during the promotion of the last album.
I hate sounding like a broken record, but my goodness @ how the last album was severely mishandled. PF era was perfect, not even because of the sales or anything, but because the perfect single choices, and promotion.
Speaking of her last album makes me irked. She could've been so great with the album. Quality wise & sales wise, but it's her fault (and I say it with love).
But let me not get sidetracked. I won't say digital sales. A new era rarely does that. It'll push the sales of PF (and possibly PFRR but I doubt it) by a few thousand copies on release week, but that's it.
I was reading back, and yeah, lol. SS won't go 5x Platinum for awhile. SB might in +12 months from now, but I can't predict anything on that.

For the 3rd album, Nicki should release the first single & the music video on the same day. Top ten for sure. It can flop from there idc .
