Billboard has an award show that's being watched by MILLIONS of people and is used by ALL of our faves, while I doubt most of them even know about MT's existence...

Billboard doesn't even "exist" in the real world. No one aside from music fanatics like ourselves pay attention to it. Just because Beyonce isn't on it doesn't mean it's less reliable than Billboard, sorry. Both sites use a formula.

No one aside from music fanatics know about Billboard is or even what charts are/how they work. People don't care for chart positions (which is all Billboard is). They care for the artist and their music. Point, blank, period.
