Its not "The Immortals" list aka the greatest artists of all time list where The Beatles, Elvis, The Rolling Stones, MJ, Madonna and the likes are listed.
Its "The New Immortals" list where new acts which Rolling Stone magazine finds promising are listed. Rolling Stones just predicts that some of them can make their original "The Immortals" list in the future, you know. "The New Immortals" list includes for example Rihanna, Beyonce, Lady Gaga, Taylor Swift and so on.
