I think she is really well spoken too. But I think she just does the most with what she is saying.
I don't know if G4 will pick up on it she always gets torn to shreds unfortunately.
Come to think of it, isn't G4 owned by Spike now or something?
Yeah....not gonna happen.
Also, people can't use Lara Croft as a valid example against what she's saying for a few reasons.
a) she's a big-breasted, tightly-clothed, limber male fantasy on the outside (or at least was pre-2013), and many advertisements and in game achievements are geared towards her as a sexual object.
b) the exception isn't the rule
c) Lara is still objectified even after the reboot, given how gratuitous the violence towards her is in even the first thirty minutes of the game, not to even mention this gem:
....in which she grows as a character only after being sexually assaulted by a man. Yeah, Lara is a strong female icon, but you can't assume that she or the Tomb Raider series are completely free of sexism because of that fact.
Well I noticed how you usually can pick bewteen like 5 super muscular male personas and one half naked big titted female persona.
Maybe if more girls were playing video games they would change it because it's obviously there for male gamers
But let's get rid off sexism in real life first before we start in video games
O, sis nope.
Women plays videogames too. Even more than men at times. LGBT aren't left out tbh.
The problem is that blasted genre of arpg/shooters and CoD fanatics that are calling the shots. It was popularized by Mario though, y'know saving Princess Peach every single time you get through a round. jonny: Although I see some modern practises within the videogame industry that shows a decline in sexism. This needs to absolutely stop. Devs just needs to understand that catering for everybody will not affect sales. if CoD includes gay soldiers, no one's gonna give a **** as long as it isn't flambouyantly gay. It's just so simple and it's just amazing how people are missing the point of it all.
I would really like to hear her talk about Bioshock Infinite.
When I went searching for this video I saw on her twitter she didn't like Elizabeth in Bioshock Infinite. I'm sure she thinks she is a "damsel in distress" but in the game she is far from it. I liked Elizabeth and see nothing wrong with her.

Damn really? I thought she would like Elizabeth. Yes she does things like opening doors for you, and giving you supplies, but she's also the most powerful character in the game.
