No matter how you spin it, C'Mon and LFN's lyrical content and production reek mediocre. Katy needs to bring her A-game and she can't have that with something as basic and boring as C'Mon and LFN, even if they are flawless empty bops. Plus that sound gets old very quickly. By 2014, it'll sound very dated.

I might be reaching WAY too far, but I feel like if the truck is coming to NYC, it might have something to do with the supposed VMAs performance. Maybe like a "Road to the VMAs" sort of thing. The truck is driving all across the country on its way to the awards and once it gets to the Barclays Center, where the VMAs are being held, Katy could open or close the show and pop out of the semi-truck doors and premiere the new single (If it hasn't been released by then).
