Yes it's real, give me two minutes and wait for my edit
Edit:
I've spent a little time researching strange villages and weird towns and came up with the following:
Lily Dale, NY, USA
This is an entire village made up of psychics and spiritualists.
Jamel, Germany
According to the Article linked above, the township of Jamel has been taken over by Neo-Nazis.
Tyneham, UK
It appears that this village has been taken over by the military.
Federation of Damanhur
This town was built by an esoteric group that believe in time travel, ancient aliens, etc.
The Villages, Florida, USA
This town does not allow anyone under the age of 19 to enter.
Ordos City, China
This is one of the many newly built Chinese cities that are uninhabited.
Dwarf Village, China
An entire village inhabited by dwarves.
Maharishi Vedic City, Iowa, USA
A whole village full of Transcendental Meditation adherents.
Elista, Russia
There are three remarkable facts about this place: The whole town is chess-themed, it is the only Buddhist town in Europe and the mayor believes he is an extraterrestrial abductee.
Slab City, CA, USA
A town with no laws and no Government.
Cite, New Mexico, USA
Cite is a 1 Billion Dollar Ghost Town that is being built for research purposes.

How Do I Become a Molossian Citizen?
You can't. Full residency in Molossia is a requirement of citizenship, and new residents are not allowed. There simply isn't room in our tiny nation!

It seems like an honor to live there.

It wants to be recognized as a real country but it's not recognized as one by any credible nation so I doubt that it qualifies as real

If this is a real country, why doesn't the President live in a nicer house?
Molossia is truly a third-world nation

The Republic of Molossia is a micronation, founded by Kevin Baugh, humorously as a "dictatorial banana-republic" and headquartered solely from a tiny home near Dayton, Nevada.
It consists of Baugh's house (known as Government House), bathroom, about 0.001 acres (0.0004 ha) of land, as well as another property surrounded on all sides by Nevada

Flop nation tbh.
