Britney duh. And even Ooh La La rose to #54 3 weeks after its release only because of the video. HIAM has had a huge of hype AMONG the fanbase because everyone was thirsty about it and anticipatingly awaited it but the GP didn't know **** about it, Britney Spears released some new material that knocked so it was only logical to see it breaking records left and right. And everybody even forgetting about S&S? I don't even start this tho. Katy will see success but Britney would simply destroy her making her new single bomb. If Katy was to release Ooh La La she would've bubble under 100.

Britney will shoot to #1 on its first day.

Katy would be #1 by the second day and stay there for the rest of the week.
