Except Part of Me was supposed to be released after Firework, but E.T. suddenly smashed which kept the era going. And just because somebody has more fans doesn't mean they'll automatically do well. Marry The Night was a huge flop, so re-releasing an album the general public was already over & done with would do nothing.
