Yes, some European countries are apparently getting it before the weekend, just like they did for TFM, so she can have a full week of sales

It's going to open with huge sales both in the US and worldwide. It might even open as big as BTW worldwide.

I wouldn't be surprised if they push it back a couple of days and it changes to 11/11 eventually, so we'll have to wait

But will the pre-order sales count towards the first opening debut position on Billboard, well those for the US I mean when it goes on pre-sale here in America on 8/19?!?!
