I think she just tested positive in some prescripted drugs that are legal, IMO she is not familiar with drugs, probably only weed but thats it.
but most people think and have the preception she is in drugs because of the way media portrayed her, I know several people that still think Britney is a drug addict.

I love Britney but I believe she must have done drugs sometime in her life, specially during her crazy years, I don't think she would check-in in a rehab for any other reasons, maybe black label prescription drugs, which also requires a rehab (okay, there is also alcohol, but alcohol addiction is different from drug addiction, generally, alcohol addiction have genetic predisposition to it, it's on a different addiction level, not better or worse, mind you).
I bet no one knows me outside Britney and 1D base
