Lies. The vocals on We Found Love have been EQ'd, layered, possibly chorused and melodyne'd to the hilt to the point where it's unrecognisably her. That could be any generic dance voice and it would've been as big as it was. Face it, the song is catchy as hell and you only have Calvin Harris to congratulate for that. And the video is good, but did she direct it? No.
I'm not pressed because Rih doesn't write or produce most of her songs. I'm pressed that someone with so little talent could become famous because of her looks.
Y'all Na'vi are a mess.

Rihanna picked the song and picked the video producer. She picked her choreographer, she picked her backup dancers, she picked the vocal producer, she picked the guy who added the melodyne and layers, she picked the male lead in the video, she picked out everyone who was involved in this song. With different sleections for all these things the song could of sounded MUCH different.
And calvin harris has like 4 albums of production and tons fo singles. If any voice could of made WFL sell 5 million why have no other calvin songs sold that?
