He was visiting a friend's house when that house was raided due to it being involved with drugs. He was arrested without question and sent to a cell when he ever did not do anything.
I think no one involved was fired and the citizens of the city will have to pay for it.
Wasn't there once a guy who was forgotten in his cell for two years? He received food obviously, but he couldn't shower or anything I thought this article was about him, that was the creepiest and scariest thing ever. He got like $27M though.
I was waiting for this the second I opened the thread.
Glad the lord is staying on your mind.
And if he's involved in Drug Raids and ****, has a criminal record, doesn't he belong in prison? And $4million for 96 hours alone without food and water? They should give him the value of the medical operations and the missed food but aside of that...
but it should. if he was in jail for something really serious, I dont think he diserved all that money. But if he was just in jail for a little mistake then I think he diserved the money
You clearly don't have a grasp of the constitution. It had nothing to do with the magnitude of whatever he was jailed for. He still had rights that were violated due to negligence so he was more than entitled to that compensation.
