I love that the admins are making progress on the software upgrade and I sincerely thank them for what they're doing to improve our experience, but I'm really concerned over the state of my help request when I thought it to be something simple and easy to answer. I really apologize if it's just a small problem and there are other, more major issues to look at first, but I'd love to have any indication as to whether it's been considered. Sorry again if I'm just being annoyance.
