Even though Amanda Bynes‘ mother Lynn tried to get a temporary conservatorship of her troubled daughter, the actress is still accepting phone calls from her and the two are talking, RadarOnline.com is exclusively reporting.
Amanda is “absolutely aware of what is going on, and that her mother attempted to get a conservatorship of her. She doesn’t like it, but Amanda absolutely loves her mother. They have a complicated relationship, but they get along most of the time, and used to be very, very close,” a source told Radar.
“Before Amanda’s mental health issues became so dire, she used to say her mom was her best friend. Mother and daughter have been talking daily since Friday. Lynn has just tried to emphasize to Amanda that she just wants her to continue to get medical treatment.”
