Poll: Is Lady GaGa the artist with the most artistic integrity?

I think so because Lady GaGa is the only current* artist that isn't afraid to be herself and be different. She's not controlled like a puppet on a string like so many of her contemporaries. GaGa also writes all of her own songs and she even produces some of her music and she's even directed her own music video. She also doesn't work with that Luke guy and David Guetta like everyone else...

Anyway, if she's not then who is?

*And btw, I said CURRENT artist...so I'm not comparing her to people like Madonna, Bowie, etc.

She is actually controlled by her label, she couldn't even pick the singles for "Born this way", according to herself the label chose everything and she had no say about it. She is not even allowed or free on picking her singles.

Not many artists choose ALL the singles from their albums, unless they're on their own label. And that's the whole point of being signed to a label in the first place.

Most artist's don't even have the freedom to even make an album like BTW in the first place, soooo ya can sit down now lmao.

There are plenty of artists out there with enough integrity to make the music they want. And since she is a pop star I feel like it's inevitable that there would be more pressure on her to succumb to label demands. So, no. She isn't.
