I think it's Spencer! She is hiding stuff from the other girls, she is always the first to wake up when they sleep together and something has happened to all the other girls' families but hers.
I think the A team consists of Shauna, Jenna, Ezra, Mike, Noel Kahn, Wren, and CeCe Drake. I also think Aria's dad was part of the A team at one point.
According to the books, is Alison and she's getting help of another person. The second person will probably be revealed on the book coming out this December. I think is Nick, he appeared on Ali's Pretty Little Lies but on Crushed it says the other persons starts with A, too. Who knows maybe they're going to change on the show, just like everything else
Courtney was the sane sister, Ali wasn't. Courtney switched places and that's why she started hanging with the four girls, she didn't knew a thing about the previous Bf of the real Alison. Then the crazy Ali got out of the mental institution and killed Courtney, She's dead.
