She's pretty decent.
Beyonce, Shakira and P!nk are all on the same level. All three have different styles, strengths and weaknesses, but they're about a 7. Maybe a 7,5 depending on the complexity of the choreo (P!nk's Try choreo, Bey's tofu tofu dance, Shakira's Did it Again choreo etc)
Anybody giving Michael Jackons something lower than a 10 is supremely delusional. He invented your faves most likely. His dancing was perfect, precise and he had a style all of his own. Janet Jackson's most famous routine was inspired by some Disney short film he did... I mean... shut up. Not only did he have awesome footwork ala James Brown, but he could do hip hop, tapping and jazz.
