Selena's party has officially started!
The party started right now on MTV, and MTV report us that this party is full of celebrities. Tegan & Sara, Miley Cyrus, Ariana Grande, Demi Lovato, Christina Aguilera Beyonce, Shakira, Ellie, Britney and other stars are already entering Marquee Lv in Los Angeles dressed fashionably, and are ready to party. Shakira, Cher Lloyd, Beyonce, Britney, and lots of other stars have announced that they will be performing for Selena at this party. So get ready guys. This is gonna be one huge party, that you don't want to miss!
Since the party is free, a huge amount of Selena fans, and other people showed for the party. There's over 400 000 thousand people here, and still coming, this is huge!

Selena said to mtv news: I'm so excited about this, so many people are showing up. I just literally amazed, by the amount of people here. I can't wait to see my friends performing their songs, it's literally gonna be a great night. See you later.

Tegan and Sara attend Selena Gomez's big birthday party
They just played a set at #BeAFighter festival, but the party continues! Literally, because we just spotted Tegan and Sara walking the carpet at Selena Gomez's 21st birthday party here in Vegas. Our reporter caught up with them while they were posing for the photographers and they seemed to be in party mode already.
MTV: Hey ladies, what's up?
Tegan: Hey man! How's it going? We're good, maybe a little bit tired but we're excited to be here.
MTV: You certainly don't let it show, you look fresh as always!
Sara: We tried. It took a lot of make up to cover up the jet lag but I guess it worked.
Tegan: We just got back from London and went straight to the #BeAFighter festival where we performed, and then we flew here to Vegas, so it was a really crazy day.
MTV: Sounds like the perfect way to end that day with a huge party like this!
Tegan: Absolutely. It's gonna be a blast, I mean, just look at this venue. One of the coolest placest we've ever been to!
Sara: We're ready to party! We had a lot of coffee and Red Bull on the way so we're definitely hyped up.
MTV: Haha perfect! I'm sure that's exactly what Selena wants to hear. So do you have any words for the birthday girl? Have you been friends for a long time?
Tegan: We've actually only gotten to know her recently, but she's a really nice girl and she knows how to have fun. It's no surprise she's throwing such an awesome party!
Sara: We'd like to say thank you, Selena, for inviting us, and we wish you all the best! You're 21 now, so the world is yours!
~ Tegan pulls out a small box wrapped in gift paper and holds it up ~
Tegan: And we brought a present for you, so hopefully we'll get to see you at some point tonight!
MTV: Oh how sweet! Guests like you are welcome to any party, haha! Well, I hope you ladies enjoy yourselves and have a great night!
Sara: Thank you, I'm sure we will!
Tegan: And even though we're not performing tonight, don't forget about our new single, 'Youth', it's out on iTunes now! We're gonna start promo in the US this week!
MTV: I'm sure the fans will check it out, thanks Tegan and Sara!

Selena's friend Demi came to her party to congratulate her for her birthday. The star enjoyed the party as she also performed a dancey version of Stress and also a new track called You Don't Even Know My Name.
MTV asked her about her music video and the album. The star said:
"My album is coming out this week or next week. But I can confirm that a second single is in works too"
"The music video by the way comes tomorrow so I hope you'll like it.
The star also talked with everyone there about the Be A Fighter festival and their songs, albums and other stuff

Ryan: So any other plans for today?
Britney: Well right after this I'm heading over to Selena's birthday party to perform and have a good time with her and a few other friends! You should totally come Ryan! Hitch a ride with me *giggles* It's at Los Angelas, Marquee Lv night club, biggest club in Los Angeles. Any of you guys listening right now here in LA are welcome to come for the FREE concert Selena is hosting, I will perform and so will several other people!
Ryan: That sounds fun, I'm gonna take you up on that offer, looks like I'm off work after this interview *Britney and ryan laugh* Now your new album Desire comes out August 5th for those of you listening and want more Britney music, she is on the cover of Rolling Stone's August Edition even though it came out a little before August started so go and pick that magazine up you guys will love it. Now I still here Outta Control everywhere on the radio, I know it just went #1 but it's having some of the biggest radio support I've ever seen.
Britney: My label is keen on radio support and we are working extra hard to keep it on every station out there, I also have fans at home requesting the song.
Ryan: Any other plans coming soon?
Britney: I'll be at the VMAs Thursday, there's gonna be a HUGE surprise there... Black Diamond, that's all I'm gonna say.
Ryan: Any plans for album release week?
Britney: I may be planning a promotional album tour which would start at the end of the week, it'd be sponsored by H&M but I have to work out A LOT of stuff if I am considering this, it's a possibility...
