I said it came from Meet & Greets (which are not included), her 2012 dates (which were not included), and higher ticket prices in certain venues that were not factored in. Some of her Meet&Greets costs hundreds of dollars, and she sold dozens of them at each venue. But heY, whose talking when you claim BTW sold what, 7M based on UMG's shipments and Billboard's WW estimates? LOL

The only major market it outsold it was Japan, and that was by about 600k.
That difference is already made up with just the US and the UK! That doesn't include other countries where TD outsold BTW, including Canada, Australia, Brazil, New Zealand.
They sold the same in Germany, France, Mexico, etc.
