I agree, minus Beyonce, Rihanna, and Britney. Everyone stepped their music video game up because of Bad Romance.
Musically I don't see any impact, along with any of GaGa's music but it's her legacy. She's not a realistic trendsetter in any way, she just ups the quality of visuals in the music industry.
Which isn't a bad thing.
