As someone who has fallen in 5" heels an uncountable amount of times, I can tell you with confidence that she stepped on the soil with one of her feet, expected to feel cement on the heel, and basically the heel sank in. When you switch from concrete to soil, you have to walk on the soil on your "tippy toes" or your heel sinks and then you get this falling backwards feeling. You can't really allow the heel to touch soft soil or yeah, you're going down. She wasn't watching where she was stepping and was probably a little tipsy.
Also, this woman has an absolute obsession with Louboutins. They're even in that Spanish music video and Burlesque...
