I think it's possible. For the first two days of tracking period, Monday and Tuesday, 1D outsells Robin by almost 2 to 1.

Robin's radio airplay vs 1D's youtube streaming - 1D got 17 million views on first day and youtube streaming tracking period doesn't end till Sunday. starting today till Sunday they may get an average of 8 to 10 million views a day.

Remember when Harlem Shake was 3.5 ahead in points vs Thrift Shop? Harlem Shake had the streaming points and TS had the sales and radio airplay?

You're discounting the fact that Robin also has streaming of his own, as well as on-demand subscriptions. Their airplay is also really small. 1D would have to outsell Robin by like 500K in digital sales to get #1. The Harlem Shake comparison is a reach too, 1D isn't a viral sensation like HS was.

Yup. BL's would have to fall off a cliff sales wise for 1D to have a chance. Even then they would need to seriously over-perform on streaming, which seems unlikely since they have never been strong on Spotify.

And 1D are from the UK so their streaming is going to be from more than just the US.
