For the whole experience- 60's. The music was amazing and just about all the songs were revolutionary in one way or another. Along with being there means you might be able to help shape America. People were still trying to work around the whole Cold War, and in doing so many things were created that still have effect today.

60s. America was in a golden age then, the richest it's ever been, the 2nd best decade for music (after the 80s), good presidents (besides Nixon in late 1968), and the Vietnam War being so iconic
Now, definitely. I actually can have a family and be accepted by society as a gay person now, and medicine is so much better. It's also easier to travel everywhere.
