After slaying Japan back in 2010 with her Coke ads for Coke Zero featuring her hit song WILD it seems namie will be soon slaying America and their beverages too. Stated by Disco Vision CEO this morning, Namie has signed a 1.5Million Deal with PEPSI to promote their newest slogan "Live For Now" aswell as various flavors of the brand. It's been confirmed that Namie will be shooting a commercial sometime soon and will have HEAVEN featured in her ads. From Queen of J-pop to The States and now to our cold beverages, her reign wont let up. In other news Namie is set to perform for the first time on live national TV In America on the X-factor later on today!
Bieber's team seems to have this comeback set up PERFECTLY. Before the music videos rolls out, they released a Lyric Video for FURTHER promotion. Well after having success on online and other past things and such, having this single soon to hit the charts feels great. As the EP is titled, "The Rise To Fame" I basically added this in with the hot tracks because this hit will certify my rise. I'm just glad for all the support so far, and much - I mean MUCH more is to come.
• So on this Radio Deal, how will you use it to help you?
Tomorrow I sit down for an interview. It will be for an hour, and aired along the 5 Biggest Radio Stations in U.S. with my ClearChannel deal. In Los Angeles, New York, Chicago, Atlanta, and Dallas the interview will be aired. My song was sent to Pop and Rhythmic, and will be sent to Urban tomorrow along with Hot AC. The song will be played top of EVERY hour for a day on EVERY Rhythmic / Hot AC station. Just some huge radio support for my single.
• So what do you think on some celebrities - such as Britney Spears, Taylor Swift, Willow, Krewella, etc?
Umm, it's so much at once it's confusing lol. Taylor seems talented, Britney had a good performance, Willow is young and snatching, and Krewella seems non-mainstream in a good way. All I can say for now.
• Has there ever been any celebrities you don't like?...
Well...back when me and Selena Gomez dated (last season for the newbies) and broke up....don't remember outside of that.
What kind of music defines you?
Pop w/ an Urban twist. I kinda might wanna try R&B, or maybe have a few rappers throw verses in my songs. You never know.
