Lots of major record labels wants to sign her now, also heard that Stargate wants to work more with her in the future, so she will be definitely back with new material in 2 years.
My advice would be for her to sign with RCA Records. Release her second album in 2015. Work with Stargate on at least 4 songs for the album as well as Max Martin.

Gurl NO. No RCA, please. They're horrible. Have you seen what they're doing/did to Ke$ha, Adam Lambert, Christina Aguilera, etc.
