I'd imagine the most straight forward approach is to have the standard album available as digital and physical, then have the app which contains the standard album plus bonus tracks and all the other sh*t.
It'll be very interesting to see how it all plays out. A million debut is on the table if all goes well.

That's what I was thinking, too. Plus that guy from Billboard (Bill Werde I think?) said "there are ways it could work" or whatever, which leads me to believe that they've already discussed it
Though imo unless the lead is really really huge, I think we're probably looking at 500-600k (maybe more with the app). Of course it's not scientific at all, but I was fooling around with Google trends earlier and I realized how crazy the hype for BTW really was
Gaga will have to work hard to recreate that, if she (pshh more like we, lol) wants 1m again.
