I don't like to sleep, period. I used to have such an aversion to it when I was young. I'd seriously begin dreading each night's bedtime hours in advance.
Sometimes I'll stay up for days at a time. I basically just sleep when I'm really tired and when I don't have anything else going on. I love being awake at night because it gives me some solitude, but I'd probably like the day just as much if I lived on my own.
I'm dead between the two periods for some reason I think it's because I work out as soon as I wake up and get everything done straight away after that. So I usually feel worn out from that but then I perk up again at the nighttime
Night Owl because I'm always up and really active and hyper at like 4 in the morning When I'm actually up at like 9 in the morning though (doesn't happen often ) and I don't have to go anywhere so I'm not stressed I quite like the morning.
I'm a bit of both. I like to wake up early but I also have a habit of staying up really late at night. I prefer the morning though because it's quieter and I can get things done.
