Two men in the States have been charged with several felonies after they were discovered to be promoting fake concerts for mega stars such as Rihanna and Lady Gaga stealing money from unsuspecting gullible fans.
The two fraudsters allegedly managed to rake in over $2 million between them from innocent ticket buyers before running off with their cash.
Apparently the crooks pretended to be representatives for the likes of Rihanna, Lady Gaga and Ke$ha to con the public into parting with their hard earned money.
The Manhattan District Attorney announced earlier today that Sylvester Vincent Carroll and Meceo McEaddy were charged with scheming to defraud in the first degree and grand larceny while Sylvester is also faces charges relating to criminal tax fraud.
The D.A.claims the two men have been pulling the wool over the public's eyes since 2010 travelling to the likes of Brazil, Taiwan and Mexico for their fraudulent schemes blowing all of their black money on fast cars, hotels, jewellery and expensive restaurants.
