My only concern with huge radio debuts is that it might affect the song's longevity (see BTW).
I don't want to song to start dropping already after 2-3 weeks.

Billboard will count its airplay from Monday till Wednesday, so unless they exceptionally change their rules for her she won't debut higher than #70 or something the first week.
Do we really care that much about the song hitting #1? I mean, 'Bad Romance' didn't and 'Born This Way' did, yet the former has sold like a million and a half more digital copies and is showing more longevity.

From when to when are streams tracked? If that's until Wednesday as well than she's gonna debut a lot higher with all those Monsters streaming the **** out of it

It also has more than a month to start decreasing on radio, I think it won't be that much of a problem by the time 'Tea Applause Burqa ARTPOP' drops.
Inez is gonna slay. Gaga brings out the best in everybody she works with because she too has a vision. She's a perfectionist. She won't settle for 'good'. Because she demands all eyes to be on her. Because she doesn't want to be like everyone else. I mean yeah during the BTW era everything was all over the place but that was because she tried to take full control.
