Shame most people won't treat this with any kind of seriousness. Domestic violence is awful, she should receive the same level of backlash Chris Brown received.

The difference is... Both Emma and her boyfriend were fighting each other and they just arrested her because he was more banged up. Chris beat the living **** out of Rihanna for no reason. Plus, their relationship was relevant.

I don't know any of the details but if it was bad enough for her to be arrested he must've been hurt fairly badly. The point I was trying to make is that because she's a woman abusing a man it won't be taken as seriously as if it were vice versa, when really all domestic abuse cases should be treated seriously, no matter what gender the abuser is.

I don't condone domestic violence. I don't care if you are male or a female. But I honestly think that this was a misunderstanding because he did not press charges against her. I hope he did not press charges just because she is a female though.

yeah, he may have been embarrassed, kind of like male rape victims who don't come forward, but then again many DV/rape victims are often embarrassed or reluctant to come forward regardless of gender. I can only imagine what that Steubenville girl may have gone through before pressing charges. Look at all the flack she took on the way to her rapists' convictions.

When she was dating the guy from glee their were rumors that she was a terrible, mean gf. Maybe it's true.
