Technically that world's been done, if we're talking about new worlds:
It appeared in the last game Dream Drop Distance for the 3DS. Although I agree, I liked that world I wouldn't mind seeing it again in KH3.
I don't think we should only be talking new worlds though, really just the ideal worlds we want to see in general. Whether they've appeared before or not, perhaps someone can take out "new" in the title?
