It seems that Gaga was caught putting in some extra hours for the "ARTPOP" promo machine. Recently, she was spotted in L.A. handing out promotional posters featuring the now-ubiquitous teaser image for the album, as well as details about a supposed listening party.
It's currently unclear to whom these promotional flyers were being handed out, and whether or not the listening party is for the whole album or just portions thereof, but it's safe to say that her team is taking no chances with getting word out.
