Madonna is all dolled up while visiting the Kabbalah Centre on Saturday (July 13) in New York City.
Madonna was joined by her boyfriend Brahim Zaibat to celebrate her 12-year-old son Rocco‘s bar mitzvah.

Madonna and Guy Ritchie reunited on Friday, July 12, and Saturday, July 13, to celebrate son Rocco's bar mitzvah, and it was a joyful occasion for all.

The actual bar mitzvah ceremony took place on Saturday at the Kabbalah Centre in New York City, but the entire family gathered one night earlier at the Centre for a little pre -party. Madonna and Ritchie were very cordial and looked "so proud" of Rocco, the onlooker says of the singer and her director ex, who welcomed their only biological child together in August 2000.

She's NOT a Jew though. She's roman catholic and also studied Islam and buddhism for a while. that said yes I am surprised rocco got a bar mitzvah. it's got to do with kabbalah, not with "jewish hollywood" :s

Why was Guy neglected with the kids while Madonna sat with Brahim?

this is the first time I see a pic of rocco and his father in YEARS. I swear we NEVER see them together. when they just got divorced they were often pictured every few weeks. as soon as he got two new kids we see him wayyyy less with rocco and david. by comparison we see madonna is with her kids all the time..

Well probably Guy doesn't have paparazzi following him and I'm sure they ship Rocco to Guy's home from time to time where's there's no cameras

BTW this is the closest she's been to the dancers in years, it's nice always seeing her with the same guys around, looks like one big happy multicultural family
