John Legend had a concert in Milan last night, but I guess Tiziano didn't go or he'd have been spotted. John was interviewed on the radio yesterday but they didn't ask about Karma.

was his suicide attempt a hoax? did he ever talk about this?
What do you mean a hoax? He wrote about it in his diaries (which he published shortly after coming out). He never actually attempted suicide, he just came close to it.

Ahh no no, that was just food poisoning. It wasn't even serious but he had to tape a TV show the next day so he went to the hospital just to make sure everything was okay.
