Apple has refused to comment on speculation that Lady Gaga will make her live return at this Autumn's iTunes Festival at London's Roundhouse.
The singer, who has spent most of 2013 recovering from hip surgery will, according to The Sun, play as part of the festival to launch her new album 'Artpop', which is due for release in 2014. The newspaper reports that her team Haus of Gaga will be spending £500,000 on the show at the 3,300 capacity venue.
However, Apple refused to comment on the report this morning (July 11). "Apple does not comment on rumour or speculation," a spokesperson told NME.
Arctic Monkeys, Primal Scream, Vampire Weekend, Queens of the Stone Age and Pixies are among the latest names already announced for this year's iTunes festival, which takes place at London's Roundhouse venue every night from September 1 to 30. You should take the ARTPOP 2014 off the thread title, Billboard's editor would be much more in the know than NME would. He already said he's anticipating the album in the fall and they are planning a cover story for her soon.

He also said he doesn't know how far along the album is or when the lead is coming and I wouldn't put it past Gaga to release 2 singles pre-album, so they can smash before everyone already has a copy of the song; all that could make an album release in Winter 2014 very likely, although I hope she'll release it in the coming months

Debuting it at a festival in September and then releasing it a year and a half later? That makes no sense.

Nowhere did The Sun mention 2014 though, that's their own info + the ones who checked it with Apple wasn't The Sun either. Also, they are saying she's debuting ARTPOP, but that doesn't mean she'll debut the entire album, it could be one or two tracks only, we'll just have to wait and see for now, it's been a week since her social media shenanigans
