You know she is not going to do stadiums, it seems she goes like : "oh I did stadiums in South America last tour so I'm going to do stadiums there again. I didn't do stadiums in the rest of the world (except Asia) so I won't do stadiums in the rest of the world for this tour either, even though the demand is there. yup, prices are crazy low in Africa. Gaga's most expensive ones were $90 in one show and only $79 in another. Rih's are highest $75 in one and $85 in the other.
