I'm not surprised at London, I heard that's where the most billionaires are too.
Kensington is where it's at, it's probably the most expensive area in London, especially Belgravia...although when you compare it to other areas in cities around the world full of mansions it's not as luxurious and extravagant, but it's probably a lot more prestigious to have as an address.
