I've had my fair share of TV watching experience, and Breaking Bad is my favourite show I've ever watched. The story is riveting, the characters are extremely believable, and it's filled with moral ambiguity to make it less cliche and more dramatic (it's similar to Game of Thrones in this regard).
I watch Game of Thrones and love it, but if I had to choose one, I would choose Breaking Bad over GoT. If everybody else's comments haven't already made you start watching it, go watch it now.
I started watching at the beginning of the year and I'm on season 3 right now. Only thing I dislike about it doesn't even really have to do with the show itself, but I am watching it on Netflix and the sound quality is terribad.
But yeah, I'm on like episode 6 or 7 of season 3 and I WAS getting bored of it but the episode I just watched
Along with The Wire it's the best TV show I've ever seen. Seasons 3 and 4 are phenomenal. The first 2 are good as well, but do more as to set up the main arc of the series. The first half of season 5 has put me on the edge of my seat, too!
Watch it! Catch up before the second half of season 5 airs next month. It's written amazingly and there are moments of tension that I haven't seen in any other show.**** gives me second hand anxiety
I started watching last week, and due to it being Summer Break, I've managed to watch up to Season 5, ep. 5. I just saw what occurred at the end of the last ep; the poor child. This show really makes you question everything.
Like, i adore Jesse & Walt so whenever i spot Hank's miserable ass face, i get so annoyed and i want him to back off. Yet, i know morally the former deserve to be caught. I think that's what makes a show great; you having the ability to sympathize and at the same time be disgusted over the actions of the characters in the show.
