Because even coming back from a ban with points you cannot stack up 10 more. Like if you come back with 7 points, they ban you again at 10 - not 17.
That's the thing, if you're back with 9 points and then you decide to drag bitches for filth, you'll get banned again. By the time you're back, you'll have 0 point. It's almost impossible to be permabanned.
On the other hand, if you have 10 points after Ban Land, then girl you better domesticate yourself. Some WPs take three months to expire.
If all your points last for 2 months or more, then you'll come back with 10 points.

The messiest thing is everytime I go in threads from years ago, there's banned members who haven't obviously posted in months/years so they're permabanned.
Like....how do you do things that bad not to learn? If each of the WP's were 2+ you should've known not to do something that serious again and again.

It also by passes the censorship. And last I checked, that was against the rules + WP worthy.
To be permabanned, you must accumulate 20 points which is pretty hard to achieve unless you're a major bitch. When you're back from Ban Land, most of your points expire and your chance to get permabanned get even slimmer. I don't think you'll ever get permabanned because you're always banned. Most of us wouldn't be here otherwise.
I'm planning to get to 19 points sometimes in future
If each of the WP's were 2+ you should've known not to do something that serious again and again.
