If it's really brassy and orange, I'd recommend bleaching it again in a few days to make it yellow for best results. Then use a violet or violet-blue toner on it if you want, like, platinum blonde. Should probably work.
If you do all of this, you're probably also gonna need some anti-breakage shampoo and conditioner 'cause your hair will be pretty damaged. Dying one's hair can be such a pain.
Not to mention really expensive.
