I don't see how this is a safe and smart choice since all people are gonna talk about is how they literally have no idea what she's rapping about. Azealia uses way too much of her own slang in her songs. While a lot of her bigger fans might get it and understand what she's talking about, most other people won't. If she was going to release something more commercial after Yung Rapunxel and premiere it on Hot97 of all places, she should have made sure it was relateable.
This is something people get sensitive about, but it's true. I didn't mind whatever alien slang she was using during the 1991/Fantasea era, but now it's just really redundant and annoying. There's really no growth with her lyrically, even on Yung Rapunxel.. though I absolutely love what she did with it. I don't understand how this album is supposed to be classier than we think when it just seems like the same stuff she's spouting off.

This better be the worst snippet of all-time. Cause this song has me legit mortified. I liked how it sounded briefly towards the end and then it just went to back to the lame as **** chorus

Yeah the ending part sounds promising and it did get cut off at 1:17 so I assume it's more than the repetitive chorus...
Hopefully she releases the Disclosure song as a single in the future
How ironic is it that 2 Chainz is getting legit acclaim for his track with Pharrell released this week and Azealia is the one who's unique... yet (LIKELY) completely dropped the ball on this one.

Yeah that part needs to extend The synths were nice. And yeah hopefully more than the chorus, way too repetitive. Didn't even think of that
I would be completely happy with the song if her verses were longer... I'm still hoping the full version will have more to those 2 verses, plus the third verse. Cause...
Does anyone else just get the feeling like Azealia is just lost artistically right now and doesn't have any idea what she wants? Cus I do. I just don't think she'd ever admit it.

Yeah I like the song so far I just need to hear the whole thing.
Y'all need to chill. Really. It's one song that's actually not bad at all, I love it.
If Azealia was to release a song like Starships you guys would FLIP. She made a mainstream song but retained her rapping nature (with the slang)... Then you say she's lost.
At the end of the day she will release what she wants, and it's nearly always received critical acclaim. At this point Azealia Banks and her fans want two different things (critical acclaim vs mainstream success).
If you want mainstream rap go listen to Nicki who is just as good!!!
I find it hilarious that this song is about having so much money that the "ATM Jam" but the album is titled "Broke With Expensive Taste" Anyways, I prefer Yung Rapunxel over this. It's anti-climactic and frankly, quite boring. Let me just wait until the final version, though, because I'm not gonna jump to completely irrational conclusions just yet.

I actually love the lyrics. It's repetitive but I know it will sound DOPE in the club.
RE Miss Amor/Caramederie, they will either be a 1991-hit or a just a hot mess. Worst scenario, we get a slick beat but with messy lyrics. She tweeted about some made up language **** when talking about the songs so y'all better prepare for nonsensical words.
