The Xperia Z has a 13 megapixel camera and an LED flash. Take a look at the phone in the ad, hun - this isn't some crap low budget device from 2009.
Furthermore, more megapixels does not equal better photos - case in point, the Nokia Lumia 9XX series. "Only" has an 8.7 megapixel camera, yet it is proven time and time again to be the best camera currently in a smartphone.
Try harder tho.

I have a Sony phone, a PS3, a PSP, a Sony TV and a Sony Camera. I'm a Sony stan.
Anyway, I think the camera is the same on the Xperia SP - a midrange. But to make the phone so thin, they had to include a smaller sensor and remove the LED flash. But for the $600-700 price range, it's not justified honestly.
Also, the megapixel race is still on, and my next phone will either be the 20MP Sony Xperia, or the Nokia Lumia 1020.
