Well Sarah is alcoholic and Nuhdeen is almost always never invited at Cheryl's party.

Cheryl probably didn't invite Sarah due to her addiction, out of caring for her knowing that she and the other girls would be wasted.

I remember when Sarah was going through all of her troubles, Cheryl invited her to fly out to stay with her to get away. She cares.

Nothing! The only time she mentioned Sarah was to say she found it hard to gel with her. She said she was closer to Nadine.

Cheryl seems like such a bitter person tho, the way she can hold a grudge. She fell out with Nadine, she fell out with Simon, she basically went and treated Scherzinger like trash, she refuses to speak to Alexandra, Rebecca Ferguson, Cher or anyone else from the X Factor. I dunno, maybe she's just a difficult person to be around or something
