"Born This Way" album was so indie and out there and "wasn't made for radio." That's
why most of it's singles underperformed, "because it wasn't made for radio." Right.
Lady Gaga "didn't care" because "Born This Way" wasn't "made for radio."

I mean like if they really cares they would be doing all they could to make their record, single etc, a success.

I mean it's like studying for a test. You do everything you can so you can make it a success, you seek extra help whatever. If you don't do anything of those things then it's gonna translate as to not caring.

It's invalid in some cases, for example:

- Christina went to Max Martin to save her after Bionic, so yes, she obviously care; it underperformed from the frist day so maybe that's why she gave up on the era.
- Ke$ha keeps releasing generic music so she obviously cares.

I don't think Beyoncé and Britney care about that. If Beyoncé cared about that she wouldn't have recorded 4 and Britney, well, it looks like she does music because she has nothing else to do. I love her tho.

Working with certain producers =/= caring. Going for certain sound has nothing to do with caring or not caring.
Christina's case: giving up so early is equal to not caring IMO.
Ke$ha's case: I WANT her to care so she promotes but sadly she doesn't care IMO.
Britney's case: She didn't promote so of course she doesn't care.
Beyonce's case: I'm not sure about her but from what I've read 4 was heavily promoted, so of course she cares.
